Pico de Gallo (Pee-Coh Day Guy-Oh) - Chopped onions, pepperrs, tomatoes & cilantro mixed  with lime juice.

Tostadas (Tohs-Tah-Dahs) - Corn tortilla, deep fried.

Chorizo (Cho-Ree-Zoh) - Mexican Sausage.
